How to use SoYi

The core function

When your soul is fed, cravings find their place.

If you can't execute the plan when the time comes, then it doesn't matter how good your plan is. The best moment to work on emotion-driven cravings is when it hits. That's the moment SoYi is built for.

When the craving hits, besides giving in to habit, or forcing yourself through on willpower, you've got a better option: open SoYi, and press the big pink button. Let it support you — including handing you your own little notes, the tailored strategies you've prepared in calm times, ready to go — with conditions designed for minimum friction, to help you in seeing clearly where you actually stand right now, reading your own emotional and physical needs, then choosing whatever response you most want to use right now: tend to it properly, or use mindfulness to settle the emotion, resolving the craving at its root? Get distracted? Swap in a healthier option to satisfy it? Or just have a measured amount?

You don't have to abstain every time. As long as you paused to weigh it, that already puts you a step ahead of following the reflex unexamined, straight through. Every moment of thought like this rewires your own craving response toward the direction you desire. Repeat this often enough, and cravings settle more easily — and the new habit of tending to body and soul takes shape, gradually. That's exactly what SoYi wants to help you reach.

Wellbeing check-in

知己 Know yourself.

You can't step beside a craving you can't see. The check-in builds the habit of noticing your inner state before the craving fires — creating the gap between impulse and response.

My journal

澄 Settle.

Writing is the settling mechanism. Even one sentence shifts you from automatic mode to observer mode.

My activities

易,怡 Ease, Nourish.

The list of things that truly nourish you, built in a calm moment, becomes the resource you reach for in a pressured one. Meeting the real need, not the craving.

My records

明 See clearly.

Patterns only become visible over time. It's always 9pm, always after a hard call, always stress — clarity that comes from looking back, not just looking inward.
