How to use SoYi

The core function

Craving hits? Press the pink button and follow the natural flow.

When you feel the urge to eat, drink, or smoke — no need to stress about white-knuckling it. Just move your fingertips to come here and let the motion redirect you.

The flow includes prompts to help you through it, including your own personal notes you've saved in a calm moment. Do every step, or skip a few — your call.

You don't have to end up abstaining every time. Just deliberately going through the motions here counts as a step toward building a more desired habit.

More functions in the menu — each one serves a specific role in the Yi Method loop. Use as needed.

Wellbeing check-in

知己 Know yourself.

You can't step beside an urge you can't see. The check-in builds the habit of noticing your inner state before the craving fires — creating the gap between impulse and response.
